Taylormade offers a thin, clear, highly flexible yet durable Polyurethane (P.U.) vacuum base that fits very precisely to your clients head.  This is achieved, in part, by hand shaping the fitting block to ensure a secure fit.  This is the lightest and thinnest vacuum base product Taylormade offers. 

 

The hair is hand tied (using very small knots) onto the thin skin material, one or two hairs at a time. The hair direction, color distribution and volume are all very carefully controlled.  You have a choice of Caucasian human hair or processed Indian hair.  We decuticlize the root

end of the Caucasian hair, prior to venting, to minimize the

possibility of matting and tangling.  Metal stays in the

sideburns and nape area are optional.
