The Trumble is a unique design for Women with thinning hair

or Alopecia. By incorporating a top panel hand crafted with

our exclusive implant technique (surgical silicone and implanted

Caucasian hair) and fine mono netting in the sides and back,

your client gets the most realistic scalp and parting available

with the coolness of a fine mono perimeter.

This product requires a plaster cast

and is ONLY available with

Caucasian hair.
